A day program focused on engagement, learning, and community for adults with complex core developmental disabilities.
A sense of community and caring imbues all that we do.
Why do we need Post 21
At the age of 21, these adults no longer have access to the enriched programming provided to children with disabilities through the School Boards.
Due to complex conditions, there are few, if any, programs available that can meet the unique needs of these adults.
At POST 21, we believe that people with developmental disabilities deserve to have a full and complete life; access to enriched programming and learning should not end simply because they have reached the age of 21.
